Facebook has sent us some pre-Christmas gifts! 🙂

If you don’t know us yet, we got these gifts because we’ve spent well over $1.000.000 with Facebook in the last 6 months. Thanks to that we’re now officially a Facebook Preferred Partner.

This happened 1 month ago. To be honest, I forgot about it and wasn’t expecting anything to arrive.
.
These gifts are a nice reminder of how much progress we’ve made recently, but we won’t stop here.
.
So what’s been happening since we got the badge?
.
Honestly, things have gotten pretty crazy here:
.
-We expanded our team from 13 to 20 people. We hired talent from Cambridge University and UCL. Plus from companies like Proctor&Gamble and J.P. Morgan.
.
-We’ve built 3 separate teams. Each team works on a small number of accounts to ensure only the highest quality work is delivered. In every team, there are Media Buyers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers, CRO and Analytics experts and a Lead Strategist.
.
-We’ve upped our Creative Production game. We’ve gone to events organised by Facebook and private masterminds for the biggest industry spenders.
.
-We’ve partnered up with other agencies (Influencer Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, Developer Agency etc.) to broaden each other’s understanding of marketing for eCommerce and help out each other’s clients in achieving their goals.
.
-We’ve delivered hundreds of thousands of dollars in value in the last month and the results are only getting better.
.
It may sound as if this has all been smooth sailing and that we had no issues. But this is far from the truth…
.
We face lots of challenges every single day. One time a client ran out of their bestseller and we had to find a way to make up for the revenue. Or another one… For a Black Friday campaign, we need to deliver 3X usual results for over 20 clients. This stretched our delivery capacity to the maximum.
.
There are ups and downs but our team loves challenges. I know we’re going to crush it this year in Q4.
.
And I hope our clients (and Facebook as they get the money after all ) will love us even more
