Those that invested in the proper creatives must be having a fun time now!

YouTube IS TURNING INTO A SHOPPING PLATFORM!

What we know so far:

-Apparently some creators are able to display product tags in their videos.

-There may be a partnership developing between YouTube and Shopify that aims to challenge Amazon.

THE REAL DEAL:

-On one hand, video-first platforms add more and more eCommerce features (not just YT, but also Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest).

-On the other hand, we have seen a rise in short-viral video content (YouTube shorts, IG reels, and more).

The conclusion is simple:

Video is the future of creatives. Everyone bets on that. This is because it helps with authenticity, brand-building, and connecting to the customer.

If you haven’t realized this yet, do it now, or you’ll risk your brand going nuts in a few months’ time.

So what can you do to not lose your business (and to win BIG TIME)?

  1. PREPARE A SOLID CREATIVE STRATEGY that includes different customer personas, marketing angles, formats, placements, and so on.
  2. START WORKING WITH TRUSTED INFLUENCERS that are proven to generate content that converts and that you can reuse in your ads.
  3. START WORKING ON SOLID VIDEO PRODUCTION so that you can utilize platforms like YouTube and Hulu to your advantage before anyone else does.
